Australian Modular Buildings are specialists in the building industry, looking after construction of new modular units, along with refurbishment, sale and hire of buildings throughout Sydney, as well as transportation to your desired site.

We are proud to be a family-owned-and-run business and our comprehensive and flexible product range includes classrooms, modular homes, offices, granny flats and studios.

During our 30+ years in business we have completed hundreds of modular projects for schools, including classrooms, administration offices, libraries, multipurpose rooms, covered outdoor learning areas, walkways, ramps and verandas.

We also work with universities to provide student accommodation, including sleeping and study areas, wet/ablution areas, barbecues and breakout spaces.
